WHAT IS COLON HYDROTHERAPY?
Colon hydrotherapy, is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine,
without the use of drugs.
By introducing filtered and temperature regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in
evacuation through natural peristalsis.
This process is repeated
a few times during a session. Colon hydrotherapy is best used in combination with adequate nutrient and fluid intake as well

QUESTIONS
REGARDING YOUR COLON
1.
Will it Hurt ?
No, it will not hurt. We work very gently using
a slo-fil method of introducing water into the colon. There is a small plastic piece called a speculum that is gently inserted
into the rectum. The speculum is lubricated so that is slides in easily and with no discomfort.
2.
What is a session like ?
Very warm water is slowly flowed into the anus. You are always in control, if at any time you are
feeling uncomfortable ,you can stop. If your body is able, more small slow fills will be made introducing
about 1 cup of water at a time into the colon. Then when you feel you are full, you just say empty and the water is allowed
to empty taking any fecal matter or undigested food along with it. If you feel that you can take another fill, the process
can be repeated. each time you are trying to allow water deeper and deeper into the colon to cleanse it gently.
3. How long will a session be ?
The first session will take about 90 minutes. The therapist will discuss
your health history as well as any health issues that you are currently dealing with. We will need to know about any medications
that you are taking and will talk a little bit about your eating habits. The actual treatment lasts about 30 - 45minutes and
everything that is being done will be explained to you.
4. Do
I need to prepare for my treatment ?
It's best to stop eating and drinking 2 hrs before
your session. This allows your colon to rest and be ready for relaxation.
5. Is one treatment enough?
A
series of 3 sessions is recommended. These can be done in a week's time. This way you can be somewhat assured of reaching
far up into the colon and really doing a good job of cleaning. The therapist will inform you of what would
be a good protocol for you. If you eat well and take good care of yourself, it may only be necessary to have a treatment once a quarter.
If your eating habits are somewhat poor
or you are having digestive issues, it may be beneficial to have 15 sessions in 30 days. Each person is
different we want to coach you to use colon hydrotherapy regularly as part of you wellness program. Like changing the oil
in your car to keep it running well!
6.
What effects can be expected?
Some clients have reported that Colon Cleansing has cleared acne, allergies, increased energy and
a feeling of calm, sinus drainage, a loosening of mucus in the lungs, improved range of motions, tightening of the skin, feeling younger,
abdomen softening and getting smaller, headaches, less fatigue and improving bowel
functions. The main benefit derived by releasing the old toxic waste is that we remove the main source of disease in the body. The difference between laxatives
and enemas: Enemas clean out the lower part of the colon fine but miss about four feet of the colon. Synthetic laxatives act
as an irritant to the body.
Why should I be concerned about my colon?
The colon has been referred to as the sewer system
of the body. It is the place where we store the waste material that most of us would rather not think about and most of us
don't until our health becomes poor or we feel constipated or we have diarrhea. It best benefits the body due to release
of this accumulated congestion in the bowel.
