A credit card is needed to secure bookings for multiple services, and spa parties.

- We require a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation.

- Refunds: No refund will be given on discounted or pre-paid services. Only exchange of spa services. Refunds will only be given if purchase is made within 24 hours.

- No show: We reserve the time and space for you, making it unavailable to others if you do not show up for your appointment we reserve the right to charge you.  If you use a Gift Certificate to secure your appointment it will become redeemed. Once you book an appointment it is your responsibility to cancel within 24 hours so that we can fill that appointment space.

- Groups: A $100.00 deposit is required to book and secure your pampering day; all deposits are deducted from the balance. 15% gratuity is added to the bill.

- We strive to create a relaxing environment. For this reason and their safety we request children be brought to the spa for services only.

- If for any reason you did not enjoy your stay or your services we invite you to return and let us know, so that we can correct the situation. Please respond in 24 hours.

- Upon your visit to the spa we ask that you turn off your cell phone or turn it on vibrate, this is time you have set aside to de-stress and escape the outside world so please makes the best of it.

- Gratuities are not included in our prices it is paid directly to our therapist. Except for groups where 15% gratuities are added to the bill.

- Gift Certificates/Gift Card: Certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately lost or stolen Gift cards cannot be honored. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable, not exchangeable at any time and cannot redeem for cash.
